General Terms and Conditions
Overtime is to be paid per hour, not broken down by minutes.

Johnny B’s Limousine Service, Inc. will refund the client if the vehicle becomes inoperable

due to mechanical problems at anytime during the course of the contract.

Johnny B’s Limousine Service, Inc. will be responsible for providing only the services

agreed upon in the contract.

No consuming food in vehicles.

Absolutely no smoking will be allowed in the vehicles.


$ 20.00 per broken or missing glassware $ 100.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.)

$ 150.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior) $ 300.00 shampoo and disinfecting

(due to sickness interior), $50.00 interior deodorizing $ 50.00 gum in the carpet

$ 300.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery

No smoking allowed in side the limousine. $100 charge per incident, no exceptions.

Any breach of the signed contract will result in termination of services, with no refund.

Johnny B’s Limousine Service, Inc. and or its employees may not be help responsible

for items left in the vehicles.

No standing out of the emergency exit or hanging out of windows allowed.

Opening of emergency hatch when not in a state of emergency will result in a $100 fee.

Johnny B’s Limousine Service, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the weather,

traffic conditions, airline / airport problems,

automobile accidents caused by others, or any other acts of God.

Johnny B’s Limousine Service, Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate services

without any refund to any party  or person who violates these rules and regulations.

Johnny B’s Limousine Service, Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate services

without any refund if one or more persons is unable to function/stand/be relatively

communicative due to intoxication of any sort.

Johnny B’s Limousine Service, Inc. does not/will not assume any liability

due to client or party’s inebriation.

Driver is allowed to refuse entry into vehicle to anyone who is extremely intoxicated

(cannot stand, talk, open eyes, etc.).

Johnny B’s Limousine Service, Inc. will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to

horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill.

The Client agreeing to this contract is responsible for his or her guests.

Johnny B’s Limousine Service, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund,

if the Operator or the Dispatcher on duty feels that the Client and /or Party of the Client is putting the

Operator or the mode of transportation or the Client/and/or Party of the Client in danger of injury.

The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to

vehicle and properties caused by client or guest whether by accident, neglect, or intent.

Balance of charter is due in full if cancelled within 48hours of charter.

Customer accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage or special cleaning, and any loss of

income due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member of the customers

group or customer (such as vehicle damages caused by smoking, burns vomiting, scratches,

broken glassware, stains, wrestling in vehicle, kicking windows, mirrors, etc..)

Client authorizes charges to credit card, without imprint.  I, the Client / card holder agree to pay;

I am satisfied with the terms and conditions above and fully understand and agree.

Cancellation Policy:

All Deposits are non-refundable.

Balance is due 2 weeks prior to event.

Once balance has been paid, it too is non-refundable.

If client needs to reschedule, a 3 month in-house credit for a similar night and time

may be granted depending on availability.
